I start diets every Sunday.
Sure most people can stick to diets, however I'm not one of them. I did go three months with working out and eating healthy but in the whole view of it, I still broke many rules. Its okay to have cheat days, but that was my problem, emphasis on the "days". Haha. Anyways today I went to a Step Aerobics class and my goodness its been a long time since I've had a good work out. It kicked my ass big time and it was only two dollars for the one hour class. I'm not really obsessed with looking thin or feeling thin. I'm a full size twelve, nevertheless I have a bit of a muffin top I would like to tone down and tone my arms and legs a tad bit more. I actually like being my size, I'd just dont want to jiggle as much. Ha. So my goal is to keep my size but to make it healthier and more firm. I kow this is going to be tough but it's never to late to start being healthy. Hopefully this time I cant stick with it all the way. Wish me luck.
